FLEX accepts RB, WR, or TE. Every roster also carries five bench slots and one IR slot.
A Round 10 draft pick becomes R9, then R8, then R7. Three keeper seasons is the limit—four total seasons including the draft year.
Choose zero, one, or two. Round 1 and Round 2 draft picks can never be kept the next year—even after a drop or trade.
An undrafted free agent starts at Round 14, then moves to R13 and R12 if kept again.
Draft round, keeper years, and cost travel with the player through drops and trades. Re-acquiring them does not reset the clock.
A player with an R3 cost uses R2 when your third-rounder was traded. With no R1–R3 pick, that player is ineligible.
Owners may shop offers and make unlimited trades. Keeper status must be represented accurately; either party may withdraw from a misrepresented deal, and the commissioner may verify understanding or veto it.
The inaugural order was randomized. In later seasons, playoff teams draft in reverse finish order; non-playoff teams are ordered by regular-season standing to prevent Toilet Bowl gaming.
Weeks 15–17, with a two-week championship in Weeks 16 and 17. The bracket reseeds so the highest remaining seed always faces the lowest.
Non-playoff teams compete, but the winner does not receive the first pick. Their draft order still follows regular-season finish. A future last-place punishment may use this bracket.
Each player locks when their scheduled game begins—not when the week’s first game kicks off.
All other scoring and standings tiebreakers follow Sleeper defaults. The Sleeper app remains the detailed scoring ledger.
Per team, per season. Advance payment is not normally required, except when an owner trades a future pick. Failure to honor the obligation can result in dismissal.
